This article is the first to comprehensively study the inhibitory effect of EGCG, a major component of tea polyphenols, on CRC cell tolerance (HCT15 R), and compare the effects of different concentrations of EGCG, 5-FU, and the combination of EGCG and 5-FU on HCT15 R effect. The research results can provide scientific theoretical support for clinical screening of natural, non-toxic, safe and effective anticancer drugs.
