Samples of fecal matter from piglets with and without diarrhea were taken in the nursing farms, then followed at the nursery farms and twice in their fattening farms, at the beginning and at the end. The objective of the study was to sequence the virome of these pigs and characterize the viruses from piglets with and without diarrhea and from each of the 4 life stages.
