Gene expression profiling of Control and Low BCAA fed aged mouse muscle

Transcriptome analysis of RNA samples from quadriceps muscle to understand how restricting dietary BCAAs influences muscle gene expression RNA-Seq experiments were conducted on total RNA isolated from quadriceps muscle of aged mice of both sexes fed a Control or Low BCAA diet until 16 months of age为探究膳食支链氨基酸（BCAAs）限制对肌肉基因表达的影响，本研究针对股四头肌来源的RNA样本开展转录组分析。实验以饲喂对照饮食或低支链氨基酸饮食至16月龄的雌雄两性老年小鼠的股四头肌中分离得到的总RNA为材料，完成RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验。
