The model output data are the global summer‑mean isoprene emissions for the period 1981–2023. The coupled IAP-DGVM-MEGAN model was driven by 6-hourly CRU JRA v2.5 meteorological data (1981–2023) and historical monthly atmospheric CO2 concentrations from the NOAA Global Monitoring Laboratory. All simulations were performed at approximately 1.4°×1.4° horizontal resolution, and monthly outputs were used for subsequent analyses.
