Retrospective observation and prognostic analysis of the use of camrelizumab in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma

A retrospective collection of clinical data was conducted from 80 patients with primary HCC treated at our hospital between January 2020 and October 2022. The treatment response of the patients was analyzed. Subsequently, based on the treatment response, patients who achieved complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) were included in the remission group (n=41), while patients with stable disease (SD) or progressive disease (PD) were included in the non-remission group (n=39). Logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the risk factors influencing the treatment response in patients with advanced primary HCC. The occurrence of toxic side effects during the treatment process was evaluated.
