This repo includes the .fasta, .fai, and annotation file (.gff) for version 1 if the littorina saxatilis genome originally described by Westram et al. https://doi.org/10.1002/evl3.74. It is 1.6 Gbp in length and composed of 388,619 contigs placed in 116,262 scaffolds. It is now superseeded by a more complete chomomsome-level assembly (https://doi.org/10.1093/gbe/evae076).
