CSP+K (MG‑CT) supportive HRV dataset & analysis code

This deposit contains a de‑identified summary dataset and reproducible analysis code that regenerate the figures/tables used for the CSP+K (MindGate Cervical Therapy) cohort. The data implement small‑cell suppression (n<5) and include only summary‑level information; no patient‑level records are shared.

Running either script/notebook reproduces all summary outputs and figures.

Reproducibility (one‑line workflow)

The dataset and scripts are aligned with the manuscript and supplement; AAW is defined as concurrent ΔHR<0 & ΔRMSSD>0 under standardized supine vigilance, with artifact ≤5% (≤3% high‑quality subset).
