THE ROLE OF ANTIOXIDANTS AND NATURAL ADAPTOGENS IN NORMALIZING LACTATE AND CREATINE KINASE LEVELS IN THE BLOOD OF ATHLETES
收藏资源简介:
This article discusses the problems of normalizing the levels of lactate and creatine kinase (CK) in the blood of athletes in acyclic sports (karate, judo, taekwondo) resulting from high physical loads. The purpose of the study is to reveal the biochemical mechanisms of antioxidants and natural adaptogens in metabolic recovery processes. The specific effects of these substances in protecting the cell membrane and increasing resistance to hypoxia are analyzed. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating the synergistic effect of the complex application of antioxidants and adaptogens to reduce sarcolemma destruction and accelerate the Cori cycle. Based on the results, practical recommendations for optimizing the athletes' recovery period have been developed.
