Dataset for "Directly Measuring the Connectivity between Isoener- getic Light-Harvesting Antennas in Plant Photosystem II at Physiological Temperature"

The dataset is divided into different folders:

Linear: Contains the linear absorption data.

Pumpspec: Contains the excitation pump spectrum used in 2DES.

2D: Contains the 2DES data for different complexes: monomer means LHCII monomers, trimer means LHCII trimers, pentamer means M-CP2. The 2DES spectra at parallel, perpendicular, magic angle, and 2DREAM (anisotropy) are included.
