资源简介:
Emerging evidence implicates gut microbial dysbiosis as a key mediator of insulin resistance in both prediabetes and T2DM. The metabolic plasticity of gut microbiota positions it as a promising target for nutritional interventions for the prevention and delay of T2DM. Mechanistic studies suggest ALA may exert metabolic effects through microbiota-dependent pathways, potentially influencing the production of metabolites. Conversely, interindividual variations in baseline microbiota composition may critically determine intervention responsiveness, highlighting the need for personalized microbiome profiling in nutritional trials.
