Data for The Politics of Bathroom Access and Exclusion in the US States

This Dataverse includes the data files used in The Politics of Bathroom Access and Exclusion in the US States. Statute passage dates and roll call data are included for seven state-level bathroom-related policies: gender-inclusive baby changing table laws, universal changing table laws, Restroom Access Acts, trans-exclusionary bathroom bills, laws requring gender-neutral signage on single-stall bathrooms, and menstrual equity laws relating to both schools and correctional institutions.
