We aimed to determine the differences in gene expression levels between SNU668 cells and SNU668 cells co-cultured with CAFs or treated with recombinant human GAS6 protein using microarray analysis. We selected genes that showed a fold change increase of more than 2-fold compared to WT in SNU668 cells. Then, we identified genes involved in chemoresistance. To investigate the chemotherapeutic response in the GAS6/AXL signaling pathway, we performed the SNU668 cell line treated with recombinant human GAS6 protein or co-cultured with CAFs.
