Paradoxical RAF activation by chemical RAF inhibitors (RAFi) is a well-understood 'on-target' biological and clinical phenomenon. In this experiment, we profile the time-dependent gene expression changes that are specific to dabrafenib, selumetinib and the combination of dabrafenib plus selumetinib. Overall design: NCI-H358 cells were treated with DMSO, 1uM dabrafenib, 30 nM selumetinib, or 1uM dabrafenib plus 30 nM selumetinib for 4 hours or 24 hours. Four independent biological replicates were prepared making a total of 32 samples.
