Force-extension curve data for unfolding and refolding of the frameshift-stimulatory RNA pseudoknot from SARS-CoV-2 measured with optical tweezers. Excel files with force-extension curve data. The file title indicates which construct the measurements were done on (different spacer lengths separating the handle from the pseudoknot) and presence of antisense oligos or absence of Mg ions. In each file, data are presented as paired columns of force ("F", values listed in pN) and extension ("Ext", values listed in nm) data for sequential unfolding and refolding measurements (refolding data indicated by "_r" in column titles). The remainder of the column name indicates the molecule number (molecule 1, 2,...), followed by an underscore and the number for the set of curves measured from that molecule (set 1, 2,...), followed by an underscore and the number of the pull within that set (pull 1, 2,...). Each set of FECs is organized in a separate sheet in each file, with the tabs for the sheets labelled in the format MoleculeNumber_SetNumber.<br>
