In NCBI Capsicum Chinense Genome, CDS sequences of genes related to capsaicin synthesis were searched, and the obtained sequences were put into Pepper Genome Platform for Blast, using CDS files of CM334 as dataset. Then we get the ID of the gene with the highest homology.The geneID was taken into the transcriptome data measured by Zixin Zhang for screening, and the RPKM of related genes was obtained. -- Zixin Zhang transcriptome sequencing was earlier than <i>Capsicum Chinense </i>genome sequencing.<br>Zhang, ZX., Zhao, SN., Liu, GF. et al. 在NCBI(美国国家生物技术信息中心,National Center for Biotechnology Information)的中华辣椒(Capsicum Chinense)基因组数据库中,检索与辣椒素合成相关基因的编码序列(Coding Sequence, CDS);将获取得到的序列以CM334的CDS文件作为比对数据集,上传至辣椒基因组平台(Pepper Genome Platform)进行BLAST比对,最终得到同源性最高的基因ID。将该基因ID代入张梓馨(Zixin Zhang)所测得的转录组数据中进行筛选,获取相关基因的RPKM(Reads Per Kilobase per Million mapped reads,每百万映射读取的每千碱基转录本片段数)值。张梓馨的转录组测序早于中华辣椒(Capsicum Chinense)基因组测序。
