Isolation of Gram-negative rods from oral and nasal cavity

This project is for the genomes of third-generation cephalosporin- and carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacterial isolates collected from oral and nasal cavity of the dental patients. The targets include Enterobacterales, such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Acinetobacter spp.
