1995-2003 Statistical Survey on Farm Management and Economy: Survey Outline, Questionnaire, etc.

調査における母集団は直近で実施された年度の世界農林業センサス結果の農家のうち、次の要項に該当するもの
一　その経営耕地面積が十アール（北海道にあっては、三十アール）以上であること。
二　調査の期間の開始の日前一年間における農業生産物の総販売額が農林水産大臣が告示で定める額以上であること。

The population under investigation consists of farmers from the latest conducted annual World Agricultural Census results, who meet the following criteria:
1. Their operational cultivated land area is at least ten square meters (thirty square meters in Hokkaido).
2. The total sales amount of agricultural products in the one-year period prior to the start of the survey exceeds the amount specified by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in a notification.
