AP1M1 is an obligatory member of the AP1 clatherin adaptor complex, important for cellular trafficking. In this study, we investigated the transcriptomic profiles of cells lines (HEK293 and U2OS) in presence and in absence of AP1M1. Overall design: For this study, we generated the transcriptomic profiles of 2 cell lines (HEK293 and U2OS), either WT or KO for AP1M1. Each sample is a different clone. 32 samples total. 2x U2OS WT, 2xU2OS AP1M1 KO, 16x HEK293 WT, 12x HEK293 AP1M1 KO
