The Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF) publishes the Consumer Complaints Barometer data annually. Consumer complaints lodged with the DGCCRF are registered in one of the following 14 sectors: Food products Non-food products Real estate, Housing, Building Water, Energy, Sanitation Transport Bank, Finance Insurance Communication, Telephone Tourism Shows, Culture, Leisure-Games Health Miscellaneous services Personal services Associations, Administrations Distribution of claims by sector since 2008
