Nevados del Chillán Single Station Dataset

This dataset contains seismic traces recorded by Observatorio Vulcanológico de los Andes Sur (OVDAS, SERNAGEOMIN, Chile) at the Nevados del Chillán Volcanic Complex. It is comprised of 6.962 single station traces as numpy arrays (.npy) separated in 5 types of events:

Volcano-Tectonic (VT): 1502 examples

Long-Period (LP): 1828 examples

Tremor (TR): 1203 examples

Avalanches (AV): 1236

Noise (NO): 985

Tectonic (TC): 286

This dataset was used for the experiments in the article "Improved non-volcanic event Detection at Nevados del Chillán Volcanic Complex Using Combined Domain Representations in a Single Input" (currently under review) and can be used in our Github repository: https://github.com/camilo-espinosa/ood-volcanic-classification.
