资源简介:
This Zenodo record contains the **data and code** required to reproduce a bibliometric analysis of **continuous-cropping obstacles** based on records retrieved from the **Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC)**. The literature search was performed on **2025-12-23** using the **Topic Search (TS)** field, covering the time span **2000–2025**. Raw records were exported in **plain-text format** with **Full Record and Cited References** enabled. Although the search window covered 2000–2025, no eligible records were retained before 2012 after screening, and the effective time span for downstream trend analyses was therefore **2012–2025**. This record includes: - raw WoS plain-text export files and the exact search query,- cleaned and screened bibliographic records,- PRISMA-like screening counts and screening decision tables,- bibliometrix-ready RDS files,- biblioshiny-exported intermediate Excel tables,- tagged CSV outputs for mechanism, crop-system, and management analyses,- final manuscript figures,- R scripts for data cleaning, conversion, tagging, biblioshiny launch, and figure generation,- supporting documentation, including workflow notes, figure mapping, run order, and expected outputs. The reproducible workflow consists of the following main steps: 1. **Raw retrieval and export from WoSCC**2. **Merging, deduplication, document-type filtering, year filtering, and topic screening in R**3. **Conversion to bibliometrix format**4. **Rule-based tagging of mechanism chains, crop systems, and management strategies**5. **Interactive bibliometric analysis in biblioshiny**6. **Reconstruction of selected figures in R from biblioshiny-exported tables**7. **Generation of downstream manuscript figures from tagged CSV outputs** The final manuscript figures are stored by **manuscript figure number** (e.g., `Fig.2.pdf`–`Fig.12.pdf`), while the scripts preserve the full analytical workflow used to generate them. This record is intended as a **reproducibility package** for readers, reviewers, and researchers interested in bibliometric analysis, continuous cropping, replant disease, soil sickness, and related agricultural sustainability topics.
