These are pseudoproxy and frozen-network reconstructions based on PHYDA v1 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1198817), though using an updated proxy network based on the updated PHYDA proxy database (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10352612). The years over which the reconstructions were preformed are indicated in the file name after the letter "r". The total number of proxies used in each reconstruction case is indicated in the file name by the number following the letter "p". Two pure-noise pseudoproxy reconstructions used white-noise proxies and red-noise proxies, with the red-noise proxies mimicking the same auto-regressive characteristics of the real PHYDA proxy input data. Note that by construction, the red-noise pseudoproxy network will have more low-frequency variability than the white-noise pseudoproxy network. These reconstructions were run for the years 850 to 2000. Three pseudoproxy reconstructions varied the white noise level of temperature-based pseudoproxies (signal to noise ratio of 0.25, 0.5, and 1), with the underlying "true" temperature time series drawn from the CESM-LME ensemble number 10 (the prior used for the creation of PHYDA). These reconstructions were run for the years 850 to 2000. Two real-proxy reconstructions are also included here where the proxy networks are frozen from the years 850 and 1000 onwards to the year 2000.
