We aimed to evaluate the coagulation profile dinamics and associations with COVID-19 severity, outcomes, and biomarkers trajectories. To investigate the relationship between coagulation profiles and viral genotypes in COVID-19, we performed whole genome sequencing using stored specimens from the lower respiratory tract.
