Normalisation factors of reactivity profiles for MS2 RNA which has undergone X-ray footprinting in transcript, <i>in virio</i>, post extraction and post reassembly.<br>Normalisation factors are taken as averages over reactivity profiles which have been generated from capillary electrophoresis (CE) traces of footprinted samples, analysed using the BoXFP software package.<br>Each file contains normalisation factors for each of the preprocessing windows employed by the BoXFP software package<br>The primer used, treatment condition, and X-ray exposure time is provided in the label of the files. <br><br><br>
