资源简介:

This repository contains the dataset we used for our analysis in the paper "Chop it dry? Older, deadwood-rich, and less-intensively managed forests are more drought resistant". It also contains the R script used for analysis. Primary sources for the data sets we used are the following: Vegetation productivity proxied by greeness anomalies (LINT): https://doi.org/10.2909/cfd7d226-bb6a-4ef6-bc33-9fa9c27b1228\Modelled soil moisture anomalies (SMA): https://doi.org/10.2909/cfd7d226-bb6a-4ef6-bc33-9fa9c27b1228\Dominant leaf types: https://doi.org/https://doi.org/10.2909/5afeffa4-ccda-4ef9-a7ef-637cb7310f58\Precipitation and Temperature: https://doi.org/10.24381/cds.f17050d7\Deadwood: https://github.com/andreyaugustynczik/Deadwood_distribution_Europe\Anthropogenic forest disturbance: https://doi.org/10.34894/HQIJN5 based on https://zenodo.org/records/13333034\Forest age: https://doi.org/10.34894/HQIJN5 based on https://doi.org/10.17871/ForestAgeBGI.2021\Elevation: https://zenodo.org/records/4057883\Environmental Zones: https://doi.org/10.7488/ds/2356\We are deeply thankful for the authors and organisations sharing these datasets and thereby enabling transparent and efficient research! Please feel free to reach out should any questions arise!
