Tridecaptin-M is an antimicrobial agent against Enterobacteriaceae family pathogens. We developed resistant from wild type ATCC strain 700603 with serial passage under sub-inhibitory concentration of this antimicrobial agent. WGS was performed to finally identify genes responsible for the resistance development.
