Dataset for Bimbard et al., 2022

Dataset from large-scale recordings using Neuropixels probes in mouse visual cortex during a passive audiovisual protocol. Companion code at https://github.com/cbimbo/Bimbard2022. The main dataset (ONEformat.tar.gz) contains the spiking data (after spike sorting), the behavioural data (after running facemap) and the experiment metadata (stimuli ID and times). The data is organized by experiment name (mouse and date). Each experiment folder contains the data in ONE format, and a pre-processed file that can also be obtained using the processData_paper function. Detailed information about the data format is in the README. In addition, the anatomy of the cut for each transectomized animal is provided as a .obj (obtained using brainreg-segment) in a separate tar.gz file (TransectomyAnat.tar.gz). Finally, all stimuli used in the study are available (Stimuli.tar.gz).
