In this study, field investigation and analysis were used to evaluate the current status of heavy metal pollution in soil of different land use types (vegetable fields, grasslands, mineral areas, and forests land) in the Qixia Mountain lead-zinc mining area in Nanjing; the diversity of bacteria and fungi in contaminated soil was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing methods. The effect of plant-microorganism-induced mineralization on the remediation of contaminated soil was studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the soil heavy metals of different land use types in the Qixiashan lead-zinc mining area had reached the level of serious pollution. The dominant bacteria in different soil environments were Sphingomonas with strong resistance, which was closely related to the level of heavy metal pollution.
