Data from: "Climate and Landscape Modification Facilitate Range Expansion in Spinus psaltria (Lesser Goldfinch) across the Pacific Northwest"

This dataset contains all data used in analyses for "Climate and Landscape Modification Facilitate Range Expansion in Spinus psaltria (Lesser Goldfinch) across the Pacific Northwest" (Maron et al. 2025). It includes site, date, and species count data from Project FeederWatch, climate data from PRISM, urban proportion data from the National Land Cover Database, housing density data from the US Census, and major river data from the Commission for Environmental Cooperation, as well as historical/expanded range definitions derived from Robbins et al. (1966) as cited in the source paper. Associated R code for the preparation of the Project FeederWatch data is available at https://github.com/Visorbearer/PFWDataPrep.
