资源简介:

Numerical data underlying Figures 5(a)–5(f) and 6(a)–6(b) of the manuscript “Accelerated topological edge-state transfer via relaxed adiabatic constraints” (Li-Na Sun, Jin-Lei Wu, Shi-Lei Su, Jie Song). All simulations are performed for a one-dimensional dimerized SSH chain of L = 2N + 1 = 13 sites (N = 6 unit cells) in the single-excitation subspace, with a baseline hopping rate J = 15 MHz. Contents fig5_a_coupling.csv, fig5_b_coupling.csv – intracell/intercell coupling strengths J1(t) and J2(t) versus time for the relaxed-adiabatic scheme (alpha = 3.5, t_u = 0, T = 3.8 us) and the nonadiabatic coherent-crosstalk scheme (alpha = 1.0, t_u = 0.4T, T = 1.6 us). fig5_c_spectrum.csv, fig5_d_spectrum.csv – instantaneous eigenenergies E_n versus time together with the population projection |<phi_n|psi(t)>|^2 encoded as the colour value of panels (c) and (d). fig5_e_population.csv, fig5_f_population.csv – population dynamics of the initial site (P_1) and of the target edge site (P_L) for the two schemes. fig6_a_decoherence.csv – fidelity loss dF = F0 - F versus decoherence rate Gamma (0.01-0.1 MHz) for both schemes. fig6_b_disorder.csv – fidelity loss versus dimensionless static coupling disorder epsilon; each point is an ensemble average over 1000 independent random realizations of bond disorder uniformly distributed in [-epsilon J, epsilon J]. File formats Coupling and population files: series,x,y (series = legend label, x = time in microseconds, y = plotted quantity). Spectrum files: series,x,y,c (series = eigenstate branch n, x = time in microseconds, y = eigenenergy E_n, c = instantaneous population projection). fig5_manifest.txt, fig6_manifest.txt – per-panel axis labels, axis limits and series names as stored in the MATLAB figures. fig5.fig, fig6_inF.fig – original MATLAB R2024b figure files (source of every plotted curve). fig5.eps, fig6_inF.eps – vector renderings of the figures as used in the manuscript. export_fig_data.m – MATLAB script used to export every plotted object from the .fig files to CSV.
