Gender diversity in the leadership of Lloyds Banking Group 2015-2023

The share of women in leadership positions at Lloyds Banking Group increased in every corporate role between 2015 and 2023. In 2023, the highest share of women was in the group executive committee, where 46.7 percent of the employees were female. The share of women was slightly lower among senior managers. In terms of board members, the share of women almost doubled in the observed period, with 45.5 percent of the Board composed of female members as of 2023.
