GeneHancer Associations

GeneHancer is a database of genome-wide enhancer-to-gene and promoter-to-gene associations, embedded in GeneCards, with regulatory elements mined from several sources. Free for academic non-profit institutions. Other users need a Commercial license.- Enhancers are represented by orange octagons and their size is proportional to the "EnhancerConfidenceScore" value. - Protein-coding genes are represented by rectangles with a blue border, RNA genes have a purple border while other genes have grey borders as described in the original paper. - Edge width is mapped to the "GeneHancerScore" value.
