Livestreaming & Libraries

Live-streaming is a technology that many are already utilizing, whether it be for gaming, communication with others, or spreading information this technology has the ability to change the way libraries connect with stakeholders. During COVID-19 the demand for online access to information rose and many libraries already do or have done a bit of live-streaming, whether it be for classes or information sessions. By utilizing these tools further, libraries can extend the impact and reach they have. This poster explores live-streaming, how it's done, and how libraries can utilize this tool in the future.
