资源简介：
The default germline datasets for rRACES. This dataset contains the germline variants of 10 individuals with respect to the reference sequence of the human genome versions 19 (hg19) and 38 (hg38). It also contains a demonstrative dataset of the germline variants of two individuals on chromosome 22 alone.
The data were extracted from the 1000 Genome project dataset. Please refer to the "International Genome Sample Resource (IGSR) Disclaimer" for licence details.
