Framework of whole-genome alignment of Suidae animals

Currently, based on the published genomes of the Suidae animals, the reference genomes of cattle and horses have been added as outgroups. The whole-genome alignment has been completed using Progressive Cactus software. The resulting file is in HAL (hierarchical alignment) format to preserve comprehensive pairwise comparison information between any of the two genomes. In addition, the naming (Cetacea) of the root node of cow/cattle and Suidae has a mistake, and otherwise it should be changed to Cetartiodactyla to represent the clade of the Order of whales, dolphins, and even-toed ungulates. In the future, any new genomes of this order could be added into this HAL file by Progressive Cactus.
