16 rDNA Gene Sequences in Holothuria glaberrima Eviscerated Gut Metagenomic Libraries

The data provided are the 16S rDNA raw sequences from four metagenomic libraries generated from different regions of the eviscerated gut of Holothuria glaberrima: the complete digestive system (DS), the washed intestine (WI), the contents from the washed intestine (CW), and the fecal content (FC). The specimens were collected from Pinones Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This approach facilitates the analysis of the microbial biodiversity within the eviscerated gut of H. glaberrima.
