Tex10 in primordial gem cell-like cell (PGCLC) specification and spermatogenesis

Tex10 depletion compromises the PGCLC specification and spermatogenesis Overall design: Examination of Tex10 in PGC specification in vitro and spermatogenesis in vivo by RNA sequencing. Three batches of RNA samples are prepared: 1) RNA samples using Tex10 depletion treated by dTAG13 (500 nM) and control cells treated by DMSO during the in vitro PGC specification derived from epiblast-like cells (EpiLCs); 2) RNA samples using Tex10 overexpression and empty-vector control cells during the in vitro PGC specification derived from EpiLCs; 3) RNA samples from testis of Tex10 conditional knockout mice and wildtype mice.
