Fuel Moisture Content Data collected at the Winter Burn Plots located at Osceola National Forest in February 2022

To measure fuel moisture content, vegetation was collected at adjacent burn units with similar land cover, species composition, and time since the last prescribed burn. This dataset provides fuel moisture content data by fuel type, collected in February 2022.At these burn units, a range of data was collected, and instruments were deployed to characterize fine-scale variations in vegetation structure, quantify spatial heterogeneity, and measure fuel estimation and consumption.
