The data is published as a hosted Feature Layer from Emergency Operation Center (EOC) WebEOC into ArcGIS Online to report on Open Major Stores' status. This is under Emergency Support Function (ESF) 18 - Business, Industry, and Economic Stabilization as part of Infrastructure Branch.
