资源简介:
The survival rate of Oral squamous cell carcinoma has been around 50% for several decades because of cancer metastasis. Aberrant long nonconding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been demonstrated to play a crucial role in carcinogenesis and tumor development of OSCC. However, the potential mechanism of metastasis of OSCC remains unclear. In this study, We screened 487 differentially expressed mRNAs (DEmRNAs) and 1507 differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) between OSCC with and without metastasis to construct their interaction network in cis and trans way. The next generation sequencing was perform on Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform. Totally, 10 samples including 5 T1-T2 patients with cervical lymph node (LN) metastasis and 5 T3-T4 patients without cervical LN metastasis were included.A total of 487 differentially expressed mRNAs (DEmRNAs) (319 up-regulated and 168 down-regulated) and 1507 differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) (971 up-regulated and 536 down-regulated) were identified in RNA-seq data. Subsequently, RT-qPCR was used to varify the accuracy of RNA-seq result.
