Dataset for manuscript: Ashwagandha Root Extract Improves Sexual Health in Healthy Men: Findings of a Prospective, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study

Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera, (WS) fam. Solanaceae)] has been reported as an excellent aphrodisiac herb that aids in the improvement and maintenance of normal sexual health. It is also an adaptogen, which can improve sexual dysfunction in men and women. The present study aims to evaluate the effect and the safety of ashwagandha root extract on improving sexual health in adult males.
