Data are presented as multivariate-adjusted odds ratio (95% confidence interval), with adjusted variables including age, body mass index, smoking, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, left ventricular ejection fraction, cholesterol, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet other than the stratified variable per se.
