EVF_Thermal_Conductivity_Dataset

This dataset contains 293 literature-derived thermal conductivity measurements grouped into 52 independent polymer composite series reinforced with particulate, nano-scale, and hybrid fillers. It supports evaluation of the Effective Volume Fraction (EVF) state descriptor introduced in the associated manuscript, “Effective Volume Fraction as a State Descriptor of Composite Thermal Conductivity.”The dataset includes nominal reinforcement volume fraction, experimental composite conductivity, matrix conductivity, intrinsic filler conductivity, and morphology-related descriptors. All data were curated under consistent inclusion criteria and restricted to steady-state measurements near room temperature.The dataset enables reproducible comparison of classical micromechanical conductivity models (Voigt–Reuss–Hill, Maxwell, Bruggeman, and Nan) under nominal and EVF-modified participation representations.
