Basketball England: number of members from 2005/2006 to 2020/2021

Basketball England is the governing body of the sport of basketball for England and operates the English Basketball League. From 2005 to 2013, Basketball England more than doubled its memberships, but since then has experienced a decline. In the last year, the federation has seen its membership cut in half, undoubtedly as a result of the coronavirus pandemic on sports participation.
