NEMA image quality phantom on the Siemens Biograph mMR, in PETSIRD 0.9.1 format
收藏资源简介:
The 60-minute NEMA image quality phantom scan of Zenodo record 1304454 (Benjamin A. Thomas and Tom Sanderson; Siemens Biograph mMR, University College London, F-18, 9 August 2017), converted to PETSIRD 0.9.1, the raw-data format of the Emission Tomography Standardization Initiative (ETSI). mMR_NEMA_norm.petsird (4.25 GB) holds 196,574,421 prompt and 20,708,661 delayed coincidences over 3600 s in 1 ms time blocks, STIR's model of the scanner (448 modules of 9 x 8 elements, gaps included; one energy window, 430-610 keV; no time-of-flight), the scanner's own normalisation as module-pair efficiencies, and the exam information. The µ-map is not included: take it from the source record. petsird_mmr_nema_rois.seg.nrrd: the regions of the phantom that PyTomography's PETSIRD tutorial measures (the phantom, its six spheres, the background and rings of it), as a 3D Slicer segmentation. Converted with ETSI's STIR2PETSIRD (commit be69d657) on 10 October 2026; conversion.zip holds the scripts, including the one patch that writes this scan's exam information in place of the converter's placeholders. README.md gives the coordinates, the conversion and the checks. Licence: CC BY-SA 4.0, as the source data. Please cite the source record: Thomas BA, Sanderson T.
