We list both the r2 between true and inferred ancestry, and the genome-wide average αavg of HAPMIX ancestry estimates, as a function of the parameter μ1 used as input to HAPMIX, for data simulated at λ = 6 and λ = 100. Results for HAPMIX runs in which the ancestry proportion was specified correctly are underlined.
