Stapokibart, a novel monoclonal antibody targeting the IL-4Rα subunit: promising results in a retrospective cohort of patients with bullous pemphigoid.

This retrospective case series study collected and analyzed clinical data from patients with bullous pemphigoid (BP) who received Stapokibart treatment at our hospital, with a total of 10 patients enrolled. Treatment efficacy was evaluated by comparing changes in skin lesions, the Bullous Pemphigoid Disease Area Index (BPDAI) score, and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels before and after treatment, while safety was assessed through long-term follow-up.
