Examining the Influence of Visionary, Innovative, and Risk Management Leadership on the Growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) In Zamfara State.

The visionary, innovative, and risk management leadership played a significant role on the Growth of Micro, Small
and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Zamfara state. This paper analyze the relationship between visionary,
innovative and risk management leadership and MSMEs growth in Zamfara state. The research work is anchored
on Transformational Leadership Theory. The study utilized Taro Yamane to determine the sample size of 300
MSMEs in seven local government areas in the state. A quantitative research design is employed to generate
primary data through administering of 5 Likert scale structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using structural
equation model. The findings of the study indicate that visionary, innovative and risk management leadership has
significant and statistical impacts on the Growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The researchers
recommended that MSME leaders should dedicate time to develop clear, long-term visions and strategic goals for
their businesses and to develop a structured innovation framework within the MSME that aligns with the
company’s resources and market conditions.
