Supplemental data for: An investigation into membrane contact sites between endoplasmic reticulum and plastids

The videos are supplementary files as part of the thesis presented to the University of Guelph, detailing research on uncovering the membrane contact sites between the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and plastids. Numbered from 1 to 6, these are fluorescent live imaging time-lapses captured in transgenic Arabidopsis plants, featuring BnCLIP1, a putative lipase expressed in Brassica napus. The videos illustrate its association with the ER and how the ER is involved in stromule formation and the movement of associated chloroplasts. They will be referred to as supplementary videos 1-6 throughout the thesis to correlate and complement the findings presented as either abstract data or key images
