Ring Oscillator Measurements for Continuous Monitoring of Propagation Delay

This dataset contains measurements performed with ring oscillator sensors on FPGA-based electronic devices that operate as part of the low-level RF system in the European XFEL particle accelerator. The studied devices are Xilinx Virtex-6 XC6VLX130T FPGAs with speed grade -2. Measurements were performed between January and October of 2024, while the machine was in operation.FormatFiles are in parquet format. The columns are:<code>_time</code>: date and time of the measurement<code>host</code>: MicroTCA crate that contains the device<code>device</code>: Device within the MicroTCA crate (<code>host</code>)<code>id_number</code>: ID of the ring oscillator within the <code>device</code><code>counts</code>: Amount of oscillations of the ring oscillator measured in 500 milliseconds.
